I had a fantastic stay at this family-run hotel in the heart of a charming Swiss village. The attention to detail and quaint Swiss charm of the rooms were delightful. The bedspreads, curtains, and lamps with little chalets on them added a lovely touch. The bathroom was also beautifully designed. Moreover, the balcony was simply amazing, offering a panoramic view of the church and mountains. It was the longest balcony I have ever seen! I couldn't help but be captivated by the stunning flowers that adorned the hotel. The staff, including Dany, the host, were incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel right at home. The dinner was absolutely delicious, especially the special raclette cheese course accompanied by lively accordion music. It felt like staying in a picture-perfect postcard hotel. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again. Thanks to Dany and the whole family for creating such a memorable experience!
Everything was great.

I had a superb stay at this hotel located in a charming French-speaking village in Switzerland. The location was perfect, nestled in the center of a quaint town with breathtaking views all around. The staff, led by Claudia and her son Danny, were exceptional hosts who made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the generous and delicious breakfast buffet to the well-maintained basic amenities. One standout detail was the availability of a jacuzzi, which provided a much-needed treat after a day of hiking in the mountains. Moreover, the evening meals were consistently tasty and satisfying.
Nothing to fault. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Lovely quaint Swiss hotel with friendly staff, delightful breakfast, and great location for walking in the Alps. Single room was adequate and had good water pressure in the shower. Staff made an effort to speak English. Evening meal was well-prepared with local ingredients.
Can't fault anything about it.

The attention to detail in the rooms, with beautiful Swiss-inspired decor and comfortable furnishings, was outstanding. I particularly loved the balcony in my high-floor room, offering breathtaking views of the church and mountains. The food served in the hotel was absolutely delicious, especially the special raclette cheese course accompanied by lively accordion music. The whole experience was like something out of a postcard, and I can't wait to stay here again when I'm back in the area. Thank you to Dany, Claudia, and the rest of the staff for creating such a memorable visit.

The breakfast offered a good variety of food and the staff was friendly. the location was also convenient, being close to public transportation and some restaurants. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.
The room was poorly maintained, with a broken lamp and a leaky shower. the Wi-Fi was also unreliable and slow, which made working difficult.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel's decor was charming and cozy, embodying the traditional alpine style of the region. we enjoyed the hotel's prime location, offering stunning mountain views from our room's balcony and easy access to local attractions.
We found that the price of our stay was quite high, especially considering the weak exchange rate. we were disappointed to find that there was no management representative at the hotel upon our arrival, causing some confusion and delay in checking in.
